Please do not refrigerate your cupcakes! Like all freshly baked pastries, cupcakes are best enjoyed on the day they are purchased. If you are going to save them, please enjoy them by the next day.The exception is any cupcake that has a fresh topping or filling , including whipped cream, cream cheese and pastry cream. These should be consumed on the day they are purchased. Keep your cupcakes in their box or store them in an airtight container. At room temperature or in a cool place is best.

Cupcakes can also be frozen. Place cupcakes in an airtight container, or wrap the cardboard cupcake box tightly with plastic wrap. Allow cupcakes to thaw at least 2 hours at room temperature before enjoying them.
